The Event begins with an opening reception on Thursday, 29 July 2010 at 17:00 and runs through Tuesday, 3 August at 13:00.
Registration and Poster set up will begin at 10:30 on Thursday, 29 July 2010.
Exhibit set up will begin on Saturday, 31 July at 17:00.
Exhibits will be displayed through the close of the Event on Tuesday, 3 August.

Registration Fees
- Early Registration (by 21 June 2010 - 11:59 PM Mountain Time): $300 U.S.
- Late Registration (22 June 2010 - 12:00 AM Mountain Time or after): $400 U.S.
- Exhibitor (two-and-a-half day registration includes Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Monday night Banquet): $250 U.S.
Full registration fee includes meeting participation, opening reception, light breakfast, morning and afternoon refreshment breaks, and lunch Friday through Monday, 30 July — 2 August, outdoor professional development activities, and the GLOBE Annual Banquet. Dinners are not included (except for the GLOBE Annual Banquet) in the registration fee.
The Exhibitor (two-and-a-half day registration) includes light breakfast, morning and afternoon refreshment breaks, and lunch on Sunday and Monday 1 and 2 August plus the GLOBE Annual Banquet on Monday 2 August. Opening day reception and field day activities are not included in the Exhibitor registration.
Guest registration for the GLOBE Annual Banquet is $55 U.S. per person (no charge for children under 16).
Registration payments can be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard only), purchase order, check, or wire transfer. Details are available on the registration website.
Refund Information: If you cancel your registration by 15 July 2010, you will be refunded your total registration cost. Cancellations on or after 16 July 2010 will be refunded at 50% the registration cost. Cancellations on or after 26 July 2010 are not eligible for a refund.

Please be sure to mention that you are attending The 14th GLOBE Annual Partner Meeting and Professional Development Workshop (Group: GLOB) as this ensures that your reservation is made with the discounted group rate for this event, which is $120 CAN + tax per night (does not include breakfast). The cut-off for reservations is 1 July 2010. After that date, reservations will be accepted on a space available basis, and at the prevailing nightly rate. Hotel reservations must be canceled 24 hours prior to your arrival date, or 1 night's room and tax will be charged to your credit card. The special room rate is available from 28 July through 3 August, 2010. Ground Transportation
Shuttle Service is now available from the airport to the hotel by Allied Airport Shuttle Service. A check-in counter and waiting area are located on the arrivals level near arrivals "C" in the ground transportation area. Cost is $15 CAD one way. The shuttle departs every 30 minutes. No advance reservations are necessary. Taxi's are readily available just outside the baggage pick up area of the airport. The cost to travel by taxi from the airport to the Hyatt Regency is approximately $30-35 CAD (taxi drivers will take US dollars) depending on the time of day. Shuttle service is available for transportation from the hotel to the airport and is also $15 CAD per person one way. Reservations for your return trip to the airport can be made through the hotel concierge.
Weather & Dress
Neat, casual dress is recommended for indoor meeting sessions. Dressier business attire is recommended for the reception on Thursday, 29 July, and the GLOBE Annual Banquet on Monday, 2 August.
Information on the field day, including recommended gear or clothing, will be posted prior to the meeting.
Participants should plan to bring hats, sunscreen, water bottles, and other desirable warm-weather gear for outdoor activities, as well as a jacket for cool evenings in Calgary. Average high/low temperatures for July/August in Calgary are 19°C/23°C (73°F/48°F).
