Exhibitor General Information
The 2010 GLOBE Annual Conference Will take place at the Hyatt Regency Calgar, Alberta,Canada, 29 July - 3 August 2010.
Exhibit Area and Specifications
Exhibits will be located in the pre-function area, immediately outside the ballroom where plenary sessions are held. This common space will receive heavy traffic by participants during early morning breakfasts, meeting breaks, and lunches. Exhibitors may share the common area with conference posters submitted by participants. Due to the limited area, we request that vendors limit their exhibit size to approximately 8' deep x 10' wide.
Exhibit Schedule
Exhibitors may begin setting up on Saturday, 31 July at 17:00. Exhibits may remain in place through the close of the event on Tuesday, 3 August, at the exhibitor's discretion. All exhibit materials should be removed by 17:00 on Tuesday 3 August, or additional charges may be incurred with the show decorator. Exhibitors may announce winners of door prizes or other conference incentives at the GLOBE Annual Banquet, to be held at the hotel on Monday evening, 2 August 2010.
Fees
The fee for use of each exhibit space at the conference is $650. Please see the complete list of Sponsorship Opportunitiesand complete the Sponsor/Exhibitor Form to register your booth. If you have a preference for a specific booth location, please note that on the form. Please note that booths 6-9 are not available for rental at this time.
An Exhibitor registration fee is available at a discounted rate of $250 for those who wish to participate in the meeting. The Exhibitor (two-and-a-half day registration) includes light breakfast, morning and afternoon refreshment breaks on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, and lunch on Sunday and Monday plus the GLOBE Annual Banquet. Opening day reception and field day activities are not included in the Exhibitor registration fee. Exhibitor representatives are welcome to participate in the full Annual Meeting and Professional Development Workshop by registering online and paying the general participant registration fee of $300 (early bird).
