Global Precipitation Measurement (GPM) Satellite Mission
The Global Precipitation Measurement (GPM) mission is an international collaboration that uses multiple satellites orbiting Earth to collect rain, snow and other precipitation data worldwide every thirty minutes. The GPM Core Observatory was launched on 27 February 2014, and the GPM team is excited to be celebrating their 10th Anniversary throughout 2024!
