Hello,

In the EE RCO, we noticed that pictures on the European Phenology Campaign page: https://www.globe.gov/web/european-phenology-campaign/overview are not visible without signing in to the GLOBE account. Here is a print screen of the Campaign main page:

Signing in to a GLOBE account is also required when opening a link to documents such as campaign activities – so anyone without a GLOBE account can´t open/download these documents.
The problem with pictures also happens with some of the news stories at the EE Region, for example: https://www.globe.gov/web/europe-and-eurasia/home/news/-/newsdetail/14028/tree-stories-project-in-germany . The problem appears in different browsers on PC (Chrome, Edge) as well as on Android phones.

I assume the problem may be caused by the settings of the documents we uploaded to the site, but I don't know how to change it. Can you please check and make the documents public or advise how we can do this?

Thank you
Lenka

Hi Lenka,

I'm able to see images on the home page when not logged in. Are you still having this issue?

I fixed the issue on the News page.  It was a permissions issue.  The folder the images are in were set to not allow guests to see the images.

Can you send me an example of a document guests cannot download?

Thanks,
Cornell
