In the past few weeks, I have time to time encountered the "Forbidden" error message after signing in to my GLOBE account. This happens immediately after I enter my login and password. When the error message appears, I have to go back in the browser, and then the website with admin access loads correctly. My colleagues here at the RCO are experiencing the same issue.
