Two ways I can think of:

1) Use the search tool at:

http://www.globe.gov/globe-community/globe-community/find-a-collaboration-partner

You can enter the protocols you're interested in and any specific countries you'd like to focus on.  There's check box which says "Has Entered Data"...Choose "in the last year".

So you can find all the teachers who are doing a particular protocol within the last year.  Once you find the list, you can see which school they are at, and if you want "Request as Friend".  If you select "Request Friend" they will get an email asking if they would be willing to accept.  If they accept, you will get an email saying they accepted, and you will be able to go to their MyPage and see their email address and send them an email.

2) Go to the visualization system at:

http://vis.globe.gov/GLOBE/

Choose the protocol you're interested in (Select Add, and choose the protocol). On the top left, switch the view from "Measurements" to "Data Counts", and choose a date range (like the last year).  The map will show all the schools which have measured data in the last year for that protocol. You can click on the map icon to find the school and teachers at that school.

Hope that helps...
