missing data...

Hello,
After downloading data, I founded a problem with the data from automated weather stations....Many schools, even in different countries, have missing data around february : I was looking for the whole 2017 data....and I'm disappointed because most of the schools have this problem. I can't imagine that all of them have the same missing data....So if it's a bug It would be nice to fix it !
two examples (see screenshots) : athens intermediate school, cardinal gibson school.
And many others : Conrad Weiser Middle School (GLIDPYZA), Crestwood High School, Kutztown Area Middle School, Littleton Middle School, Memorial Middle School New Jersey, Palmyra Cove Nature Park (PCNP), Pompano Beach High School, Ruth Cherry Intermediate School, Virginia Museum Of Natural History.....
