Instrument specs need to be accessable in Teaching & Learning

Please make pages 12-22 of the Teacher's guide tool kit available as it's own link called "Instrument Specification" in all of the protocol sections OR make a a LOT more apparent that "Tool Kit" is where GLOBE students and teachers need to go to learn about the instrument specs.


Those of us who've been in GLOBE a long time know that the specs are in the tool kit, but anyone not framiliar with the paper guide would have (does have) a very difficult time finding the specs. If they can't find the specs then they are less likely to report data even if they collect it becuas ethey might not be using the right eq. OR they will forget there are specs and report using poor eq.
