The GLOBE Seasons and Biomes Project has developed a suite of educational activities to assist you in teaching about seasons and terrestrial, or land, biomes around the world. Involve your students in an understanding of plant phenology and seasonal patterns through existing GLOBE scientific protocols and learning activities as well as those newly created. Students will also have the opportunity to make observations and collect data in order to assist in satellite data validation, critically needed by scientists studying climate change, disease management and prevention, and better understanding water and carbon cycles.
