This study found that tap water is the primary water source for daily life, crucial for both consumption and sanitation. However, many users lack knowledge about the sources and quality of the raw water used in tap water production. This lack of awareness poses a risk of using low-quality or unsafe water, especially when the raw water sources are contaminated or contain harmful substances.
