Quick Summary
Content that is not generated dynamically can be added or edited by
you (this content is known as web articles). Let's look at how that
is done.
An example of a page that uses a web article is the Resources page
(created by default for Partners and Country pages). Navigate to the
Resources page to get started.
Accessing web articles to edit content
- If the content is already on the page, (for example, the title
'Resources' is in a web article), roll over the text to reveal three
blue dots to the right of the content.
- The web article is mapped to a page widget called a 'Web Content Display'.
- Click on the three dots and then click 'Edit Web Content'. This
will open a web content text editor.
Editing Content using the Text Editor
- This is a text editor that allows you to edit the content using
basic content editing tools. You can make text bold, add links
and other styling options like any text editor.
- To add images to the article, click anywhere in the editor to
display a plus (+) icon. Click the icon to add an image, embed a You
tube video, add a table or horizontal line. Images can be selected
from a folder on the site or can be uploaded from your computer.
Once uploaded, the image will be placed in the current folder.
- Once completed, hit the Publish button to publish the edited
content to the page.
About the Organization Web Article (for Partners)
On your home page, if your partner organization doesn't have welcome
text about your partnership, you will see the link 'Add info about the
organization' just below your partnership page title. This is a short
cut to the text editor to add some text about your partnership that
will display on your home page. Once the text is entered, you will see
the 3 blue dots as described above if you wish to edit the text.
