The role of the GLOBE U.S. Coordination Office is to conduct support services to U.S. Partners, schools, educators and students, including:

  • Coordinate and communicate to the U.S. GLOBE Community
  • Work with the U.S. Partner Forum to advance initiatives
  • Coordinate Student Research Symposia
  • Connect U.S. Partners and schools with NASA mission initiatives
  • Assist with planning and facilitation of the North American Regional Meeting
  • Evaluate the impact of the GLOBE U.S. Coordination activities through an outside evaluator

Our scope of work is guided by community identified tasks generated at the U.S. GLOBE Partner Retreat that took place at Alnoba in Kensington, NH on September 25-27, 2023 and through a 2023 virtual Partner Focus Group. For more information please read the Executive Summaries.
