On the other side of the globe in Australia, Autum is slowly moving in. Whilst the leaves are falling out of the deciduous trees around our school buildings, the Eucalypt gum trees around my home in the bush are evergreen and dont loose their leaves in the winter. This Friday we are exploring some of these colour changes in our classroom with the NASA WorldWind software. Apart from all the snow on the Australian alps, it will be interesting to see what other changes there will be.

For the past few months we have been tracking the launch of Cloud-Sat (part of the A-train network) .. fingers crossed that the launch goes off without a hitch any day now!
