GLOBE Rwanda Awarded YLACES Grant to Help Support Environmental Science Exploration

Students from Ahazaza Independent School recently participated in environmental monitoring using GLOBE Program protocols. This work was supported by a grant from the YLACES organization. Students learned how to measure water quality, soil pH, soil moisture, and light intensity. They gained hands-on experience in scientific data collection while learning about factors that influence plant growth and ecosystem health.
