GLOBE Oman: Water Protocol Used to Teach About Importance of Clean Potable Water

The GLOBE Oman team, under the supervision of Professor Shaikha
Al-Zaydi, carried out activities in conjunction with the National
Sports Day in schools across Oman (Shwaya Riyadah). The team organized
a lecture on 5 December 2024 for students on the importance of clean
drinking water, which included applying the GLOBE Water Protocol to
three different water samples.
The
team also participated in distributing healthy meals to the students.
Students Iman and Jomana participated in the lecture while Raghad,
Rahaf, Merha, and Sama participated in distributing the meals.
