Media Release

Media Release Forms

Before attending certain GLOBE events or functions, participants must sign our Media Release Forms. To complete the media release process:

1. Select the preferred media release form below.
   • Media Release Form for ADULTS (fillable PDF)
   • Media Release Form for ADULTS (online submission)
   • Media Release Form for MINORS (fillable PDF)
   • Media Release Form for MINORS (online submission)
2. Fillable PDF: Download the form, complete it, and and email it to communications@nasaglobe.org.
3. Online submission: Fill out the online form and click Submit.

Important: Make sure to complete both PDF pages of the media release form. Page 1 of the PDF contains a NASA-specific form while Page 2 contains a GLOBE-specific form. 
 

Translations

At this time, we do not have translations of the GLOBE Program Media Release forms. Once the forms are translated, they will be posted here. Please use the English versions above. We apologize for the inconvenience.
