Our mission is active—the NASA IMPACTS Daily Science Plan (https://catalog.eol.ucar.edu/impacts_2023) indicates that a flight is planned for 19 January between 1:00 and 5:00pm ET. You can monitor the flight in real-time or see the completed flight path afterward at https://airbornescience.nasa.gov/tracker/#map.
Put your snowboard out on Wednesday, with data collection occurring Thursday (19 Jan) and continuing throughout the storm and 24 hours afterward if possible, or as soon as you can (e.g., if you are taking measurements at a school).

Even if you don’t get precipitation in your area, recording and submitting zero precipitation is helpful for the mission. If you don’t get snow, measure the rainfall if possible.
