2024 Europe and Eurasia Virtual Student Conference
Location: online
GLOBE Europe and Eurasia Regional Office invites students, teachers, coordinators, scientists, trainers and other GLOBE friends to see the BEST OF GLOBE in Europe and Eurasia Region at the 2024 Virtual Student Conference.
The showcase of the best projects will be held online on March 6 and 7 and is open to the broad audience. The sessions will be divided according to the student age group, you can select which session you want to attend. Only the participants who register in the form below will recieve the access to connect to the conference.

What you will see
- Students presenting GLOBE projects in the form of presentation, video and song,
- scientists and experts giving feedback to the projects,
- students talking about the impact GLOBE had on their life,
- Regional Office announcing winners in the awarding categories (see below).

Awards&Prizes:
- GLOBE materials and tools
- Stipend* of 400 EUR per team to be used to attend the 2024 GLOBE Student Conference in Melnik, Czech Republic on April 22
*Stipend can be solely used to attend the conference in Czech Republic on April 22. It cannot be granted for any other purpose.
* Stipend applies only for the student age category 12+ .
Overall criteria for the project:
- Clearly linked to GLOBE activities
- Has a scientific and environmental aspect
- Communicates not only HOW it has been done, but also WHY it has been done and WHAT benefits to the environment and impact to the community it brings
- The activities described were done from September 2022 onwards
- presentation should be max. for 5 min, video max. for 1 min
- Submitted not later than February 5 - PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PROJECT SUBMISSION IS CLOSED NOW.
- Language of the project and the conference presentation is English
Only the student teams who will attend the online conference on March 6/7 are eligible for receiving the award.
