2018 - Elementary GLOBE Climate Module

Climate Module

The Earth is changing from the tropics to the poles, and the GLOBE Kids take a front-row seat. In this story, students will learn how humans are influencing climate change and how these changes affect different parts of the world.

By the end of this module, students will be able to describe and report weather, understand how rising sea levels impact coastal communities and brainstorm different ways to reduce our carbon footprint.

Cover of the book “What in the World is Happening to Our Climate?” Four children wearing backpacks and smiling. One is holding a globe and pointing at it and another is holding a map. There is a bag and box on the ground. Below the names of the authors is the Elementary GLOBE logo.
