On 31st May, The Calisph'AIR Student Meeting took place at CNES in Toulouse. CNES is a Space Agency that is a national coordinator of the GLOBE Program in France - http://globefrance.org/
Eleven schools (including a German High School) and nearly 200 students shared their class project about aerosols, clouds and black carbon in relation with air pollution and climate.
In the morning the students presented their class project in French, German and English! After the lunch the participants had the opportunity to visit the CNES facilities.
Frédéric Bouchard from TENUM (manufacturer of the device) is explaining how to take aerosol measurements with the last sunphotometer, Calitoo.
It was a perfect meeting to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Franco-German friendship!
