Students Visit U.S. Embassy Wildlife Habitat in Bern/Switzerland

On 05 July, the class of the very active GLOBE teacher Thomas Baumann was invited to the U.S. Embassy Garden in Berne, Switzerland to study the very rich biodiversity in this closed area. After an interesting introduction by the Embassy team, the students were led through the garden by the Embassy gardener who emphasized the great value and the importance of care of beneficial animals. For all participants, the visit to the U.S. Embassy and its wildlife habitat in the middle of the city of Berne was a very impressive experience.
