This year, we are planning to study the Mulberry Tree, which in Maltese is known as Tuta. There is a very important freshwater fountain in Gozo, called Ghajn Tuta (The Fountain of the Mulberry Tree, limits of Kercem. This freshwater fountain is near to two other freshwater fountains, the Ghajn ta' Bendu in Fontana and the Lunzjata Valley.
Today, we chose the branch and the buds which are still swelling.
