GLOBE Games 2022 in the Czech Republic – register by April 4th
Location: Zbiroh, Czech Republic
We would like to cordially invite students and teachers to join the traditional GLOBE Games in the Czech Republic. This event provides a unique opportunity to meet face-to-face with other GLOBE teams, gain new experience and knowledge, as well as initiate inter-school collaborations.
GLOBE Games 2022 are organized by TEREZA Educational Center and hosted by the Elementary school in Zbiroh.
Come and share the results of your research with students from the Czech Republic and other countries, learn from scientists, and enjoy outdoor research activities!
When & Where?
26. – 29. May 2022 in Zbiroh – a small historical town, surrounded by deep forests and protected nature.

Catering – food (meat and vegetarian options) will be provided at the canteen of the Elementary school in Zbiroh. Download the menu here.
GDPR – we need the consent of the participants to the publication of photos and videos from the event (GDPR) for publicity purposes of the GLOBE program.

Participation Costs
Option 1: 60 EUR/ person (accommodation in the Elementary school in Zbiroh)
Option 2: 125 EUR/ person (accommodation in a pension)
The price includes accommodation for 3 nights, meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), participation fee and a T-shirt.
Conditions for Participants
The number of participants is limited to a maximum of 6 students and 2 teachers from one school. Students must be at least 12 years old, and knowledge of English is required. GLOBE country coordinators and teachers without student teams are also invited.
Students will present their research during the GLOBE Student Conference. Please prepare a presentation about your research that will include your research question, hypothesis, research plan, experiment and results and send it to us. You will receive feedback on your presentation.
How to Join?
Fill in the registration form (choose your meals, type of accommodation, workshops and method of payment)
If you are a teacher and plan to apply with a group of students, fill in the application form with details about the project that you want to present and send it to globe@terezanet.cz.
