North American Regional Meeting
The North American Regional Meeting (NARM) is an annual meeting of GLOBE U.S. Partners and Canadian community members. Over the years, the meeting has been held both in-person and virtually with opportunities for sharing, discussion, and networking.
2024 Virtual NARM
The 2024 Virtual NARM was held 15-17 October. Over the three days, GLOBE Partners participated in skill-building workshops, listened the lightning talks, discussed ways to work together in affinity groups, and learned about grant writing and marketing best practices.- Read a recap of the 2024 Virtual NARM.

- Satellites and Remote Sensing NARM was hosted by the Institute of Earth Observations in Palmyra, New Jersey, USA.
- Pacific in-person North American Regional Meeting was hosted by California Strong in Los Angeles, California, USA.
- Ohio in-person North American Regional Meeting was hosted by GLOBE Educator Julie Houck in Defiance, Ohio, USA.

North American Regional Meeting at Badlands National Park was hosted by the South Dakota Discovery Center in the Badlands National Park, South Dakota, USA.
In 2022 there was both a virtual NARM (held 02–04 November 2022) and three in-person NARM Professional Development workshops hosted by GLOBE Partners:
- “Hydrosphere Protocols and Microplastics Training” organized by WestEd/UC Berkeley and Science Action Club
- “From Midwestern Prairies to City Centers: GLOBE Student Research to Better Our Region’s Environment” was organized by University of Toledo, GLOBE Mission Earth, Wayne RESA, and Xcite Learning/Bowling Green State University/Toledo Zoo and held in Toledo, Ohio, USA.
- “Citizen Scientists: Engaging the Community” was organized by Berks Nature and held in Reading, Pennsylvania, USA.

The 2020 NARM was held virtually 19-23 October 2022 with the theme of data literacy.
The WestEd/UC Berkeley GLOBE Partnership hosted the Fall 2019 NARM at the University of California Berkeley's Lawrence Hall of Science from 15-17 October in Berkeley, California, USA. Read the highlights!
