Teacher Joe Carstensen featured on the GLOBE website!

GLOBE Mission EARTH teacher Joe Carstensen has been featured on the GLOBE website for his work with his high school students. Joe has developed a unique approach to providing students freedom to utilize the GLOBE website's eTrainings to become trained in protocols of their choosing, and employ what they learn in developing their own research projects throughout the school year.
