Request for Proposals for Operation of the GLOBE NENA Region Coordination Office

UCAR is requesting proposals for the operation of the GLOBE Region Coordination Office (RCO) for the Near East and North Africa (NENA) Region. A pre-proposal conference will take place on Monday, 17 November 2014, to answer questions and to clarify any expectations related to the process. The proposal will be due on 12 December 2015. An award is expected to be made by March 2015.
