Satellite Match Email Opt-In

Never miss out on receiving your NASA personalized email. Follow the steps below to opt-in to receive these messages that compare your cloud observations with satellite data and other news from NASA GLOBE Clouds. Use the GLOBE or GLOBE Observer website to set it up or set it up within the GLOBE Observer app itself.

A: Opt-In Using Your GLOBE Website Information:

These steps on both the GLOBE website (https://www.globe.gov/) and the GLOBE Observer website (https://observer.globe.gov/). Sign-in to your account. Follow these steps to create a GLOBE account if you don't have one.

Once you are logged in, click on your name and select “My Account” on the top right.

Once in your account, go to the list on the left-hand side and select GLOBE Opt-In. Then, select “Receive NASA Satellite Images” to ensure you receive your NASA personalized email. You can also opt-in to receive other messages if you would like. Don’t forget to click on Save Opt-In Settings when you are finished.

B. Select Opt-In Options Within the GLOBE Observer app

Be sure to select “yes” to receive your NASA personalized email with your satellite match. You can do this by clicking on “Settings”, then selecting “Opt-In/Opt-Out Settings” and choosing “yes” for the first option “Receive NASA Satellite Images".
