The goals of the Southwest Community College GLOBE Partnership are to:

  • Promote the professional development of educators to improve the quality of their classroom instruction
  • Increase opportunities for the public to engage in citizen science with GLOBE trained scientists
  • Improve the quality of STEM education in western North Carolina
