Athanasios Theodorakopoulos is founder of hackspace, known as ~/tinycore.lab. Tinycore Lab is a workspace where a small group of people share their passion for research and collaborate on open-source individual projects, collecting tools and resources for development. Citizen science is an integral part of their activities. They are also interested in astronomy, space engineering, art, chemistry, and species identification within Olympus National Park in Greece.
In 2020, he joined the GLOBE Program as a Citizen Scientist. His primary focus is measuring biodiversity impacts on Mount Olympus and exploring the complexity of alpine ecosystems.
