If you have questions about data entry, please contact your cooperating Partnership. Registered educators will receive information directly about having student posters printed at no cost at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

For more information on the poster review process, see the SRS Project Review webpage.

Participant Travel Support:

Educators may apply for travel funding support by completing the Funding Application with rolling awards until funds are expended. For more information and eligibility, please see the SRS Logistics page.

FAQ:

What should I wear?

Presentation day is business casual. A GLOBE polo shirt will be provided for all student presenters. For other days, wear regular school clothing.

Be prepared with warm, layered clothes. The Cave of the Mounds is 50°F inside and damp, so plan on wearing a jacket and long pants no matter how warm it is outside.  When we are on the Lake Mendota boat, we should wear winter clothing.  The guide recommends four layers above the waist and two below with wool caps and gloves.  Even on a warm sunny April day, it will be very cold on the lake.

Should students bring spending money?

Meals during the event will be provided to all participants. If your team is funded through GLOBE, meals during travel will be covered as well. Students are welcome to bring money for other incidentals, but it is not necessary.
