Educators: Join NASA’s 2021 Free Virtual Stem-a-Thon: Explore Your Possibilities with NASA on 18 November – Fun Interactive Activities!
GLOBE Educators: You are invited to NASA’s 2021 virtual STEM-a-Thon: Explore Your Possibilities with NASA event, which will take place on Thursday, 18 November, from 08:00 a.m. to 08:00 p.m. ET.
The STEM-a-Thon will feature live presentations, including a fireside chat with NASA’s Deputy Administrator Pam Melroy and NASA astronaut Jasmin Moghbeli; a career panel; chats with NASA STEM experts; interactive science content; a scavenger hunt experience; trivia; downloadable resources; and more.
The virtual event platform will go live on 18 November at 07:30 a.m. ET. The STEM-a-Thon’s content and resources will remain accessible through Friday, 26 November.
At STEM-a-Thon, you will have an opportunity to meet many NASA professionals (they’re not all astronauts), hear their personal stories, learn how they came to work for NASA, and discover what missions or projects they support and what they do every day. So, get your questions ready!
