The 2022 GLOBE Annual Meeting Will Be Virtual
The 2022 GLOBE Annual Meeting will be a virtual meeting. “Every January, we begin the new year by planning for our annual meeting, the event that brings us together,” GLOBE Implementation Office (GIO) Director Dr. Tony Murphy said. “It is clear, from many discussions, that there is nothing everyone would like more than to meet in person; however, the overarching concern for everyone’s health and safety has led us to conclude that the annual meeting must be virtual again this year”
“We have all had to learn to be flexible in this new world, with evolving work practices, ways of communicating, and routines for living, and I think we are better for it. Let’s move forward to create another annual meeting in which we can meet online, discuss, learn, and come to appreciate each other more than ever. We will be opening registration, making calls for presenters, and doing all the tasks associated with the virtual 2022 GLOBE Annual Meeting, which will be held during the last week of July.”
“Thank you for your patience and understanding, and for all that you continue to do for GLOBE,” Dr. Murphy said.
