U.S. GLOBE Sophomores/Juniors: 2022 SEES Summer Internship Opportunity – Applications Due 15 March (Stipend Available for GLOBE Student)
The United States GLOBE Program is accepting applications for a GLOBE intern at the STEM Enhancement in Earth Science (SEES) 2022 Summer High School Intern Program. Interns will learn how to interpret NASA satellite data and work with scientists and engineers. This opportunity is open to current U.S. GLOBE Sophomores and Juniors.
Student videos must document how The GLOBE Program has impacted you and your interest in science. A letter of recommendation from your GLOBE teacher is required. All application materials are due to the U.S. GLOBE Office on 15 March.

NEW THIS YEAR: Selected GLOBE Student Eligible for Stipend
The student from an active GLOBE school selected for the SEES internship will be eligible to receive a $1,000 stipend upon completion of the internship, submission of a written report explaining their research, and a recorded interview on their experience (which will be used by The GLOBE Program). The stipend is provided through support from YLACES (Youth Learning As Citizen Environmental Scientists).
