GLOBE Welcomes Vietnam as Newest Partnering Country

Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology (VAST) President Chau Van Minh and United States Ambassador Ted Osius signed an agreement on 9 December 2015, in Hanoi, welcoming Vietnam as the newest GLOBE partnering country.
