GLOBE and Natural Inquirer Crosswalk Project: Stipends are Still Available for U.S. Educators and Pre-Service Teachers
Are you looking for new GLOBE connections? The GLOBE U.S. Coordination Office has enlisted the help of educators to design lessons that link GLOBE resources with the USDA Forest Service’s Natural Inquirer series of readers. So far, there are seven GLOBE/Natural Inquirer crosswalk blog posts on the U.S. Teacher Resources page.
Contributions have been made by: Eliza Balch (Phenology); Grace Laing, Olivia Kenny and Logan Negron (Climate Change for Elementary Classrooms); Julia Gero and Elizabeth Herman (Studying Hummingbirds to Understand Ecosystem and Seasonal Changes); Veshell Lewis (Carbon Cycle); Margaret Gregory (Photosynthesis); and Pam Evans (Water Quality). More educator blogs will be posted soon.
If you would like to contribute to this project and earn a stipend in the process, you can find all the details on the crosswalk project page or contact the GLOBE U.S. Coordination Office.
