GLOBE Asia and Pacific "Soil in Schools" Campaign
The new "Soil in Schools" campaign kicks off on 1
September and runs through 16 October for GLOBE Asia and Pacific.
This initiative aims to engage students in the Asia-Pacific region in
a series of hands-on activities designed to deepen their understanding
of soil science and its crucial role in maintaining healthy ecosystems.
This campaign is an excellent opportunity for students to develop practical skills in environmental science while fostering a sense of responsibility towards sustainable practices. We encourage schools across the Asia-Pacific region to participate and make a meaningful impact on the future of our planet.
As of 3 September, we already have over 100 registrants representing the countries or partnerships of Bhutan, India, Mongolia, Nepal, the Phillippines, Sri Lanka, and Taiwan.
