Skyridge students prepare for SRS 2019
Juliet Hamilton’s class at Skyridge school in Auburn, CA is working hard on their research posters for the Pacific SRS.
To help prepare them for the event, Students talked with NASA Langley scientist Dr. Margaret Pippin on March 29th as they presented their data from their participation in the GLOBE Air Quality Campaign.
This year the students will be presenting four posters. Their posters include a comparison of AOT and air temperature, AOT and cloud coverage, relative humidity and cloud types and relative humidity and AOT. The Pacific SRS is on April 26-27 at the NatureBridge Center in Sausalito, CA.
Ms. Hamilton has been a GLOBE teacher for two years with the GLOBE Mission Earth Program and this is her second year bringing her students to the Pacific SRS.
