Hello!
My name is  Nataliіa Boyko,  I am a GLOBE teacher at  Lemeshivska secondary school, Ukraine. My students   observed  a  birchl, oak, cherry and lime near school
and   we will continue to observe it now in Spring Phenology Campaign.
We've also started to observe one more birch tree.
Today, March 12, everything is covered with snow, air temperature + 3 ° C. All the trees are in a state of rest.

Dear Nataliіa, Thank you for the update and the beautiful pictures! It looks very cold there.... I'm looking forward to see the development of the Birch tree. We have had some very warm days in the Netherlands. It activated even the first spring butterflies. Unfortunately, colder conditions seem to return in the coming weekend that will slow down the development of plants. Kind regards from Ede, The Netherlands, Arnold van Vliet, Wageningen University
