We found an interesting pair of trees near our school, growing very close together. We conclude that one was originally intended to support the other, but we still need to investigate this.
One of the trees is a birch, and we don't know about the other yet.
We decided to observe both because we are interested in which one will develop leaves first. Will it affect the development of the leaves of the other tree? Regarding testing this question, we still need to think about how to test this.


​​​​​​​​​​​​​​The buds on the birch are still dormant, but on the other tree they have already swollen.
