Phenological gardens in Providence Public Schools

The partner schools for the Boston GME team in the Providence Public School District have started their phenological gardens. Two high schools in Providence, Dr. Jorge Alvarez HS and Mt. Pleasant HS, are planting bulbs that will flower sequentially in the Spring, as well as seeds for plants that will flower in the late spring and in the fall. An elementary school is planning to do this as well. BU GME is searching for partner schools to the North or South that might want to plant as well.
